Next year Galway will become the 2020 European Capital of Culture with a special emphasis on reimagining culture, environment and heritage.  Using film, visual media and story-telling, Galway 2020 will bring into focus the importance of Ireland’s environment and heritage in local communities.  The Woodlawn Estate is offered as both venue and setting for events and filming to help bring this project to life.
